摘  要:利用在600℃下煅烧的贝壳粉为负载体,采用浸泡法,制备负载型磷钼杂多酸催化剂,通过单因素实验,研究样品浸泡液浓度、处理时间、H2O2的用量、料液比等8个因素对刚果红模拟染料废水降解效果的影响.实验结果表明:浸泡液浓度为5 mmol/L的磷钼杂多酸溶液制备的0.01 g样品催化剂,在0.4 mL H2O2、pH=4、反应温度45℃左右以及搅拌的条件下,催化剂对刚果红的去除率较高,当溶液浓度为20 mg/L时去除率高达99%;在最佳条件下,负载型杂多酸催化氧化降解刚果红染料废水的反应符合准二级反应.The shell powder calcined at 600℃was used as the carrier to prepare the supported phosphomolybdic heteropoly acid catalyst by soaking method.Through single factor experiment,the influences of eight factors,such as the concentration of the sample soaking solution,treatment time,the amount of hydrogen peroxide(H2O2),the ratio of material to liquid,on the degradation effect of Congo red simulated dye wastewater were studied.The results showed the removal rate of Congo red by catalyst was very high,reaching 99%when the solution concentration was 20 mg/L under the conditions of 0.4 mL H2O2,pH=4,reaction temperature around 45℃and stirring with 0.01 g sample catalyst prepared with 5 mmol/L molybdenum-phosphorous heteropolyacid solution.Under the optimum conditions,the catalytic oxidation of Congo red dye waste water by supported heteropoly acid was in accordance with the quasi-secondorder reaction.
