摘  要:针对4190型船用柴油机电控化改造,利用AMESim仿真软件建立电控单体泵燃油喷射系统模型,运用一次回归正交试验设计方法对燃油系统参数进行仿真计算,建立以喷油压力为目标函数的回归方程,再对其进行方差分析,分析各因素对喷油压力影响的显著性.结果表明,通过回归方程建立的喷油压力的数学预测模型精度较高,预测最高压力误差低于3.6%;优化得到三组参数组合:柱塞直径15 mm×高压油管长度1000 mm×喷孔直径0.26 mm×凸轮型线速度0.46 mm/(°),柱塞直径15 mm×高压油管长度800 mm×喷孔直径0.30 mm×凸轮型线速度0.46 mm/(°),柱塞直径15 mm×高压油管长度800 mm×喷孔直径0.26 mm×凸轮型线速度0.46 mm/(°)的喷油压力(≥105 MPa)满足了电控泵的设计要求,喷油压力较原机分别提高了78.4%、56.4%和85.2%.In view of the electromechanical control transformation of the 4190 type of marine diesel,the model of fuel injection system of electronic control monomer pump was established by using AMESim simulation software.The parameters of fuel system were simulated with one regression orthogonal test design method,and the regression formula of the fuel injection pressure as the objective function was established,and then the analysis of variance and analysis were carried out to analyze the significance of the influence of various factors on the injection pressure was analyzed.The results show that the precision of the mathematical prediction model of the injection pressure established by the regression equation was higher,the maximum pressure error was less than 3.6%and the optimal combination of three groups of parameters was the diameter of the plunger 15 mm×tubing length 1000 mm×hole diameter 0.26 mm×cam profile speed 0.46 mm/(°),the diameter of the plunger 15 mm×tubing length 800 mm×hole diameter 0.30 mm×cam profile speed 0.46 mm/(°),the diameter of the plunger 15 mm×tubing length 800 mm×hole diameter 0.26 mm×cam profile speed 0.46 mm/(°).Their injection pressure(≥105 MPa)satisfied the design requirements of the electronic controlled pump,and the injection pressure was increased by 78.4%,56.4%and 85.2%respectively.
