摘　　要：目的了解肾移植术后患者家庭主要照顾者的照顾负担现状及探讨其影响因素。方法应用一般资料调查问卷,Zarit照顾者负担量表对114例肾移植术后患者的家庭主要照顾者进行横断面的调查。结果肾移植术后患者家庭主要照顾者的负担总分为(39.63±8.63)分,多重线性回归分析结果显示:患者术后并发症、依赖程度及家庭主要照顾者文化程度是照顾负担的影响因素(β值分别为0.235、0.221、-0.264,P<0.05)。结论肾移植术后患者家庭主要照顾者照顾负担较重。患者的术后并发症越多、依赖程度越强,家庭主要照顾者的文化程度越低,照顾负担就越重。应关注文化程度低的家庭主要照顾者及术后并发症较多,依赖程度较强的患者,制定科学合理的干预对策,提高患者家庭主要照顾者自我效能感,降低患者并发症的发生及依赖程度,进而降低患者家庭主要照顾者的照顾负担水平。Objective To explore the factors influencing the burden of the main caregivers of patients after renal transplantation.Method A total of 114 main caregivers were investigated with general information questionnaire and zarit care burden scale.Results The total burden the main caregivers of patients after renal transplantation was(39.63±8.63).The results of multiple regression analysis showed that postoperative complications,degree of dependence and education level of caregivers were the influencing factors(β=0.235、0.221、-0.264,P<0.05).Conclusions The burden of the main caregivers is heavier after renal transplantation.The more postoperative complications and dependence of the patients,the lower education level of the main caregivers,the heavier the caregiving burden.Pay attention to the main caregivers with low education level and the patients with more postoperative complications and a high degree of dependence,formulate scientific and reasonable intervention strategies to improve the self-efficacy of the main caregivers and reduce the incidence of complications and dependence of patients,thereby reducing the care burden of the main caregivers.
