摘　　要：介绍国内首台质子重离子一体机运行5年来的辐射防护管理实践,从辐射防护管理架构、辐射防护规章制度、个人安全防护系统、辐射防护信息平台、在线辐射防护监测以及个人剂量的检测等方面系统阐述了辐射防护中的管理过程,为医用质子重离子加速器辐射防护的探索提供管理实践。This paper introduced the practices in the radiation protection management of the first proton and heavy ion integrated machine in China which has been running for 5 years.The management process of radiation protection is systematically introduced from the aspects of radiation protection management framework,radiation protection rules and regulations,personal safety protection system,radiation protection information platform,online radiation protection dose monitoring and personal dose detection.It may provide management practices for the exploration of radiation protection of medical proton and heavy ion accelerator.
