摘　　要：随着信息技术和互联网新兴媒体的快速发展,新闻传播法研究领域出现了一系列新案例、新问题。新闻传播法研究视域更多关注大数据、人工智能背景下隐私权、被遗忘权、删除权、网络治理、算法新闻等新问题。新问题的研究需要研究理论和方法的新探索。此外,新闻传播法研究在学术史和基础理论研究方面也亟待创新。With the rapid development of information technology and new media,a series of cases and issues have emerged in the field of the law of journalism and communication.In the era of big data and artificial intelligence,researchers focus on emerging topics such as privacy,the right to be forgotten,the right to delete,network governance,and algorithm news,which also brings new exploration of research methods.At the same time,the study of the law of journalism and communication urgently needs innovation in academic history and basic theory.
