摘　　要：目的探讨腰椎间盘突出症患者治疗依从性影响因素研究。方法选取2018年1月至2019年7月该院收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者304例,分析患者治疗依从性状况、不同体征患者治疗依从性差异、患者治疗依从性影响因素的logistic回归分析变量。结果304例患者中完全依从70例(23.0%),基本依从120例(39.5%),偶尔依从69例(22.7%),不依从45例(14.8%)。不同性别、年龄段、受教育程度、人格类型间依从性比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。常数项、疼痛、缺乏社会支持、知识缺乏均与腰椎间盘突出患者治疗依从性有关(P<0.05)。结论腰椎间盘突出症患者治疗依从性影响因素较多,应加强宣教,提高患者的依从性,改善和恢复患者的生活质量和日常生活。Objective To investigate the influencing factors of treatment compliance in patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods 304 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to July 2019 were selected.The logistic regression analysis variables of the patient′s treatment compliance status,the treatment compliance difference of patients with different signs and the factors affecting patient treatment compliance were analyzed.Results Among 304 patients,70 cases(23.0%)were completely compliant,120 cases(39.5%)were basically compliant,69 cases(22.7%)were occasionally compliant,and 45 cases(14.8%)were non-compliant.There were statistically significant differences in compliance comparisons among different genders,age groups,education levels,and personality types(P<0.05).Constant items,pain,lack of social support,and lack of knowledge are all related to the treatment compliance of patients with lumbar disc herniation(P<0.05).Conclusion There are many influencing factors in the compliance treatment of patients with lumbar disc herniation,so it is necessary to strengthen propaganda and education,improve patients′compliance,improve and restore patients′quality of life and daily life.
