摘　　要：针对悬挂式单轨交通存在乘客疏散和救援难度大,设备设施检测和维修不便、运营与维修成本亟待降低等问题,探讨与之相适应的运营与维修管理模式。在此基础上,研究开发悬挂式单轨交通运营监控与维修保障平台,实现综合监测、运营监控、维修保障功能,有利于减员增效和及时消除安全隐患,为悬挂式单轨交通线路安全、可靠、经济地运营提供信息化技术保障,提高运营服务水平。介绍该平台的主要功能、架构设计、硬件设备构成、数据接口及关键技术。该平台已通过具备中国合格评定国家认可委员会(CNAS)资质的第三方测试机构的测评测试。To cope with the difficulties of passenger evacuation and rescue and the inconveniency of equipment and facility inspection and maintenance as well as the necessity of lower cost in the operation and maintenance of the suspended monorail transit,its suitable operation and maintenance management mode is explored.On the basis of this,the operation supervision and maintenance support platform for the suspended monorail transit is studied and developed.This platform can realize comprehensive monitoring,operation supervision and maintenance support that can help downsize the staffs,improve the efficiency of operation and maintenance and timely eliminate potential hazards,thus providing technical guarantee for safe,reliable and economical operation of the suspended monorail transit and improving its service level.The main functions,architecture design,hardware composition,data interfaces and key technologies of the platform are described.The platform have passed the test by a third-party testing organization with the qualification of China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment(CNAS).
