摘 要:要实现动车组运行的安全和平稳,走行部的装配尤为关键,轮对轴承压装质量是保证安全平稳的关键核心。轴承压装质量不高是列车发生热轴、切轴事故的原因之一,而轴承压装力又是直接影响滚动轴承压装质量的关键参数。正确分析研判压装曲线,保证轴承压装的质量,对保障行车安全至关重要。重点从压装设备的压装原理、压装曲线异常原因等方面进行分析,提出解决方案。In order to guarantee the safe and steady operation of EMU,the assembling of running parts is especially important,with the quality of wheelset bearing pressing being crucial.The low quality of bearing press-fit is one of the reasons for the hot box failure and axle cutting accident of train,and the bearing press-fit force is the key parameter which directly affects the press-fit quality of rolling bearing.It is essential to analyze and judge the pressing behaviors correctly to ensure the quality of bearing pressing.In this paper,the principle of press-fit process and the reason of abnormal press-fit behaviors are analyzed,following by a series of proposed solutions.
