摘  要:高级修制动盘经车轮车床旋修后,存在粗糙度超差问题,依据车轮车床机械结构、金属切削原理、机械原理并结合现场实际,从“人、机、料、法、环、测”多维度对该问题成因进行分析,总结了传统预防措施,并提出选择合理切削参数的新方法。结合信息化系统,制作了2011~2020年10年内有关制动盘粗糙度超差故障统计表,为后续类似故障处理提供参考依据。In view of the problem that the roughness of the high-level repair disc of my section is repaired by the wheel lathe,the roughness is out of tolerance.According to the mechanical structure of the wheel lathe,the metal cutting principle,the mechanical principle and the actual situation on site,this paper analyzes the cause of this problem and summarizes It introduces traditional preventive measures and proposes a new method for selecting reasonable cutting parameters;and through our information system,we counted the failures of the brake disc roughness exceeding the standard in the ten years from 2011 to 2020,and produced statistical tables for subsequent similar failures.Provide reference basis.
