摘  要:钢丝圈包布缠绕是汽车轮胎生产过程中必不可少的关键工序。传统的胎圈包布机通过齿轮带动人工上料的储料卷对钢丝圈进行缠绕,生产过程中噪音大、效率低,张力不均匀。为了解决这一问题,将手动上料卷改为自动储料,自动化程度高、提高了生产效率。而且把齿轮改为磁铁齿轮对钢丝圈进行缠绕,噪音小、结构轻巧、寿命长,钢丝圈包布缠绕生产质量稳定。The winding of bead wrap is an essential key process in the production of automobile tire.In the traditional bead wrapping machine,the storage coil of manual feeding is driven by the gear to wind the steel bead.In the production process,the noise is large,the efficiency is low,and the tension is uneven.In order to solve this problem,the manual feeding coil is replaced by automatic material storage,which has a high degree of automation and improves the production efficiency.In addition,the gear is changed into magnet gear to wind the coil,which has the advantages of low noise,light structure,long service life and stable production quality.
