新时期强化涉农高校研究生党员教育的思考

摘　　要：中国特色社会主义进入新时代,高校党建工作也随之迎来了新的任务和要求。涉农高校的人才培养工作不仅关系到农业高科技人才的质量,还关系到实现农业现代化和全面建成小康社会。而高校研究生作为高素质人才的代表,其教育和管理工作应该得到更多的重视和研究。文章结合涉农高校的使命和任务,通过分析当前研究生党员教育管理中存在的主要问题,重点从党员教育、党支部管理、师生共建等多方面进行了深入思考,提出了加强高校党建工作的具体建议。Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and the party work in colleges and universities has also ushered in new tasks and requirements.The personnel training work in agricultural universities is not only related to the quality of agricultural high-tech talents,but also related to the realization of agricultural modernization and building a well-off society in an all-round way.As the representative of high-quality talents,the education and management of graduate students should be paid more attention and research.Based on the mission and task of agriculture related colleges and universities,this paper analyzes the main problems existing in the current education and management of graduate party members,and makes in-depth thinking on the education of party members,the management of party branches and the co-construction of teachers and students,and puts forward specific suggestions for strengthening the party construction in colleges and universities.
