新的社会阶层人士统战工作社会化模式研究 ——以巴南区“同心·新阶荟”基地为例

摘　　要：新的社会阶层人士是伴随市场经济蓬勃发展而迅速发展壮大的群体。其群体特征决定了必须以社会化的统战工作方式,拓宽工作格局、拓展工作对象、转变工作理念,解决传统行政力量推进不力、覆盖不广、活力不强的问题。基于对巴南区新的社会阶层人士统战工作的深入调研,梳理巴南区依托“同心·新阶荟”基地探索统战工作社会化运行模式形成的经验与启示。The new social stratum personage develops rapidly with the vigorous development of market economy.Its group characteristics determine that it is necessary to use the socialized united front work mode to broaden the working pattern,expand the working objects,and change the working concept,so as to solve the problems of the traditional administrative force that is not promoted effectively,covered widely and has no strong vitality.Based on the in-depth investigation on the united front work of the new social strata in Banan District,this paper combs the experience and enlightenment of Banan District in exploring the formation of socialization operation mode relying on the“Tongxin·xinjiehui”base.
