摘 要:考察了中国石油兰州化工研究中心碳二前加氢催化剂PEC-21在中国石油四川石化有限责任公司80万t/a乙烯装置一段反应器的运行情况,对催化剂PEC-21进行了标定,并对其长周期运行情况进行了分析。结果表明:PEC-21催化剂标定期间,一段反应器乙炔平均转化率为62.94%,乙烯、丙烯平均选择性分别为96.03%,95.64%;PEC-21催化剂运行2 a后,一段反应器乙炔平均转化率为54.60%,乙烯平均选择性为91.80%。The operation of C2 front-end hydrogenation catalyst PEC-21 which developed by Lanzhou Petrochemical Research Center,PetroChina,was investigated in the 1st stage reactor of 0.8 Mt/a ethylene plant of Sichuan Petrochemical Co Ltd.The catalyst PEC-21 was calibrated and its long cycle operation was analyzed.The results showed that during the calibration of PEC-21 catalyst in the 1st stage reactor,the average conversion rate of acetylene was 62.94%and the average selectivity of ethylene and propylene were 96.03%and 95.64%respectively.After PEC-21 catalyst was operated for 2 a,the average conversion rate of acetylene and the average selectivity of ethylene were 54.60%and 91.80%,respectively.
