摘 要:考察了中国石油云南石化有限公司汽油加氢装置和轻汽油醚化装置操作工艺对混合汽油产品辛烷值损失的影响,并对操作工艺进行了优化。结果表明:混合汽油辛烷值损失的影响因素为预加氢反应器温度、加氢脱硫反应器入口温度和轻汽油抽出量。在预加氢反应器温度为136℃,轻汽油抽出比为0.37,分馏塔回流比为0.50,加氢脱硫反应器入口温度为215℃,循环氢流量为82000 m^3/h的优化条件下,混合汽油产品中烯烃、饱和烷烃体积分数损失分别降低了0.1,2.1个百分点,辛烷值损失值由1.4降至0.6。The effects of operation process of gasoline hydrogenation unit and light gasoline etherification plant of Yunnan Petrochemical Co Ltd,PetroChina,on its blended gasoline′s octane number loss situation were investigated and the operation process was optimized.The results showed that the influence factors of the gasoline octane number loss were prehydrogenation reactor temperature,inlet temperature and light gasoline pulled out.Under the optimal conditions such as prehydrogenation reactor temperature at 136℃,light gasoline extraction ratio of 0.37,fractionator reflux ratio of 0.50,hydrogenation desulfurization reactor inlet temperature at 215℃and circulating hydrogen flow rate at 82000 m^3/h,the volume fraction of olefins and saturated paraffin in mixture gasoline had decreased 0.1,2.1 percent points and the octane number loss had been decreased from 1.4 to 0.6.
