摘 要:综述了吸附工艺常用的吸附剂、脱除芳烃的原理及吸附分离工艺的主要形式和特点。阐述了柴油吸附脱芳烃应用较多的金属氧化物吸附剂、碳材料吸附剂、硅基介孔材料吸附剂的研究现状,吸附芳烃的π络合作用、π—π相互作用和酸中心作用机理,以及固定床、移动床和模拟移动床的吸附分离工艺。并指出开发新型高选择性、易回收芳烃的吸附剂及吸附工艺是脱除柴油中芳烃未来的发展趋势。The latest developments of commonly used adsorbents,aromatics adsorption mechanisms and main forms and characteristics of aromatics adsorption separation processes were reviewed.The research progress on adsorbents,such as metal oxide adsorbent,carbon material adsorbent,silicon-based mesoporous material adsorbent were summarized.The main adsorption mechanisms includingπ-complexation,π-πinteraction and acid center interaction were concluded and the adsorption processes such as fixed bed,moving bed and simulated moving bed were introduced.It was pointed out that the future development trend was the development of new adsorbents and adsorption processes with high selectivity and easy recovery of aromatics.
