摘　　要：对煤矿财产风险做出准确、客观、全面的评估,是保险人承保煤矿财产保险的前提条件。本风险评估系统采用风险矩阵和安全检查表相结合的评估方法,分别从"安全条件"和"安全措施"2个维度构建风险评估矩阵,应用安全检查表对各风险因素进行量化评价,准确地评估出矿井的风险等级,为保险人提供了核保依据。Accurate,objective and comprehensive risk assessments of coal mine property is the prerequisite for the insurer to underwrite.The risk assessment system adopts the risk matrix and safety checklist,the risk matrix is constructed from the two dimensions of"safety conditions"and"safety measures"respectively.Each risk factor is evaluated quantitatively by using the safety checklist,and the risk level of the mine is evaluated accurately,which provides the insurer with the basic information.
