摘 要:分析了相位多普勒技术、夫琅和费衍射技术和数字激光全息技术的优缺点,设计了使用数字激光全息技术测量发动机喷雾场粒度的光路,采用数字激光全息技术和基于夫琅和费衍射的粒度测量技术测量了发动机喷雾场粒径。通过比较2种技术的测量结果可知,数字激光全息技术在内燃机喷雾场粒度测量上的应用是可行的。采用数字激光全息技术获得的图像是三维的,通过改变再现距离,可以得到相应的粒子场分布;对不同位置进行聚焦,可以得到不同的粒子场信息;采用的处理方法可以有效识别非圆液滴的特征。数字激光全息技术的这些优势是以往的测量手段无法比拟的。The advantages and disadvantages of Phase Doppler anemometry,Fraunhofer diffraction and laser digital holography technique are analyzed.New light path was designed using laser digital holography technique to measure internal combustion engine spraying particle size.Laser digital holography technique and particle size measurement technique based on Fraunhofer diffraction are applied to gain the internal combustion engine spray particle size.Contrasting the two methods,we draw the conclusion that laser digital holography technique applying in internal combustion engine spraying is feasible.More than that,image obtained by laser digital holography technique is three-dimensional image.When changing representation distances,corresponding particle distribution information can be gained.Meanwhile,focusing on different position can obtain different particle area information.Image handling methods can help laser digital holography technique identify non-circular drop characteristic effectively.These advantages cannot be matched by any previous measurement method.
