摘　　要：提高生态效率是我国农业经济发展与生态环境保护实现双赢的重要路径。基于面板向量自回归(PVAR)模型,采用广义矩估计、脉冲响应函数、方差分解以及格兰杰因果关系检验等方法分析生态效率、农业机械化与农业经济发展之间的动态关系。结果表明,生态效率是解释农业经济发展与农业机械化变动中的重要因素,同时农业经济发展会促进农业生产要素配置水平及技术含量提升,对农业机械化水平和生态效率具有长期促进作用,农业机械化水平的提高将在长期内改善生态效率并促进农业经济发展,但随着农业生产靠近前沿面,短期内农业经济发展增速提升,长期增速逐渐收敛。因此,应增加农机补贴,提高农业机械化水平,利用信息化手段,大力发展生态经济,完善土地制度,加大惠农补贴力度等多措并举,推动我国农业经济发展。Improving ecological efficiency is an important way to achieve a win-win situation for agricultural economic development and ecological environment protection in China.Based on the panel vector auto-regression(PVAR)model,the dynamic relationship was analyzed among ecological efficiency,agricultural mechanization and agricultural economic development by using generalized moment estimation,impulse response function,variance decomposition and Granger causality test.The empirical results showed that ecological efficiency was an important factor in explaining the changes of agricultural economic development and agricultural mechanization.At the same time,agricultural economic development would promote the level of agricultural production factors allocation and technical content,and had a long-term role in promoting the level of agricultural mechanization and ecological efficiency.However,with the agricultural production close to the frontier,the growth rate of agricultural economic development was improved in the short term,and gradually converged in the long term.Therefore,it was necessary to take measuring like increase agricultural machinery subsidies,improving the level of agricultural mechanization,making use of information technology,vigorously developing ecological economy,improving the land system,and increasing subsidies for farmers to promote the development of China's agricultural economy.
