摘 要:高速可靠的保护技术对柔性直流系统(VSC-HVDC)的发展和应用具有重要意义。当前后备保护会因主保护失灵、拒动和误动等而触发,后备保护工作意味着保护系统切除故障的时间加长,不利于电力系统稳定。针对这一问题,文章以辐射状网络的柔性直流双极系统为例,根据故障保护的特点,提出利用首次判别保证速动性以及后备判别来避免因主保护拒动和误动触发后备保护,减少触发后备保护的概率。该方法配合主动控制策略可以进一步降低故障电流和故障电压,提升系统的鲁棒性。在PSCAD/EMTDC仿真平台上搭建辐射状网络并验证了选极的可行性。High speed and reliable protection technology is of great significance to the development and application of VSC-HVDC.At present,the backup protection will be triggered due to the failure,refusal and misoperation of the main protection.The backup protection work means the longer time for the protection system to remove the fault,which is not conducive to the stability of the power system.To solve this problem,according to the characteristics of fault protection,this paper takes the VSCHVDC bipolar system of radial network as an example and proposes to use the first discrimination to ensure the quick action and the backup discrimination to avoid triggering the backup protection resulting from the main protection refusing to operate and misoperation,and reduce the probability of triggering the backup protection.This method is combined with the active control strategy to further reduce the fault current and fault voltage,and improve the robustness of the system.Finally,the PSCAD/EMTDC simulation platform is used to build the radial network and shows the feasibility of the pole selection.
