摘  要:同步齿轮带传动是机械传动中带传动的重要传动形式之一,相较于传统的带传动和链传动有突出的优点,在机械制造和产品传输领域有广泛的应用前景。基于此,阐述了同步带传动中带的基本齿形结构和工作原理,分析了带的失效和性能特点,总结了同步带传动研究中存在的问题,展望了未来发展的方向。Synchronous gear belt drive is one of the most important transmission forms in mechanical drive.Compared with the traditional belt drive and chain drive,it has prominent advantages and wide application prospects in the field of mechanical manufacturing.This paper presents the basic tooth structure and working principle of the belt in the synchronous belt drive,and analyzes the failure and performance characteristics of the belt.The problems in the research of synchronous belt drive are summarized and the future research direction is prospected.
