摘 要:起重机行走机构车轮组件主要有角型、镗孔式、45°剖分式等轴承箱结构。角轴承式车轮组安装精度依赖于人工调整,对主结构制作精度要求低,但精度保持性差,不便于检修维护,已逐渐被淘汰;镗孔式和45°剖分式车轮组安装精度依赖于加工设备,主结构安装位置需要配合机械加工,车轮组安装精度高,安装简单,检修方便,近年来被大量推广使用。基于此,探索一种对结构安装制作精度要求不高、安装后精度保持性好、便于检修维护的车轮组结构,并介绍其主要的结构适应形式。The wheel set of crane traveling mechanism mainly has angular bearing type,boring type,45°split type and other structures.The installation accuracy of the angular bearing wheel set relies on manual adjustment,which requires low precision in the production of the main structure,but the accuracy retention is poor,and it is not convenient for maintenance.It has been gradually phased out;the installation accuracy of the boring and 45°split wheel sets depends on processing equipment,the main structure installation position needs to be matched with mechanical processing,the wheel set installation accuracy is high,the installation is simple,the maintenance is convenient,and it has been widely used in recent years.Explore a wheel set structure that does not require high structural installation and production accuracy,has good accuracy retention after installation,and is convenient for maintenance and repair, and introduces its main structural adaptation forms.
