永定河水量调度实施进展与展望

摘　　要：从2003年开始实施的永定河水量统一调度分为两个阶段,第一阶段以缓解首都北京水资源紧张状况为调度目标,第二阶段以永定河生态水量保障为调度目标。2020年春季永定河平原段重新全线通水。分析了2003年以来永定河水量调度实施情况和实施效果,并对下一步深入开展水量调度工作提出了对策建议。Integrated regulation of the Yongding River since 2003 can be divided into two stages.The first stage aimed to alleviate water shortage in Beijing,and the second aimed to guarantee quantity of ecological water.In the spring of 2020,plain section of the Yongding River was reconnected for water conveyance.With introduction of water regulation since 2003,measures are put forward to improve effectiveness and result of water regulation in the future.
