摘　　要：永定河投资公司产业投资项目领域广、模式多样,为防范投资风险,规范投资管理,保障项目投资收益,永定河投资公司从制度建设、系统建设和成果运用等维度初步构建全生命周期投资管理体系,加强对产业项目投资全过程管理,将管理成果不断反馈于项目本身,并作为公司其他项目投资决策或管理的参考,以保障公司投资收益,减少投资风险。The projects invested by the Yongding River Investment Co.,Ltd cover a wide range and various modes.In order to mitigate risks,standardize investment activities and generate profit and income,the company has established a full life cycle for management system,from dimensions of institutional system,mechanism and result application.The application of whole process management mode may result in a continuous feeds back of project outcome and result.As references for decision making or management of other projects,it is conducive to generating benefit and income and alleviating the investment risks.
