摘　　要：目的探讨静脉抗肿瘤药物配置与使用情况分析及干预效果评价。方法选取2018年1~12月干预前我院药剂科接收的351份静脉抗肿瘤药物处方及其170例患者为对照组,并选取2019年1~12月干预后我院药剂科接收的351份静脉抗肿瘤药物处方及其170例患者为研究组。通过对静脉用抗肿瘤药物配置及使用的不合理情况进行分析,从而采取针对性的干预措施,比较干预前后不合理处方发生情况及患者满意度。结果与对照组比较,研究组不合理处方总发生率显著较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,研究组各项满意度评分均较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在静脉用抗肿瘤药物配置及使用过程中通过加强医嘱审核、抗肿瘤药物医嘱点评以及运用药学专业知识提出合理化建议,能够减少药品不良反应情况出现,提升肿瘤药物使用的合理性及安全性。Objective To investigate the allocation and application of intravenous anti-tumor drugs,and to evaluate the intervention efficacy.Methods A total of 351 intravenous anti-tumor drug prescriptions and 170 patients admitted to the department of pharmacy in our hospital before intervention from January to December 2018 were selected as the control group,and 351 intravenous anti-tumor drug prescriptions and 170 patients admitted to the department of pharmacy in our hospital after intervention from January to December 2019 were selected as the study group.Through the analyses of the irrational allocation and application of intravenous anti-tumor drugs,the targeted intervention measures were therefore adopted and the occurrence of irrational prescriptions and patients'satisfaction before and after intervention were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the total incidence of irrational prescriptions in the study group was significantly lower,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the satisfaction score of each dimension in the study group was higher,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of allocation and application of intravenous anti-tumor drugs,it can reduce the occurrence of adverse drug reactions and improve the rationality and safety of the application of anti-tumor drugs through strengthening the audit of medical prescriptions,reviewing the prescriptions of anti-tumor drugs and putting forward reasonable suggestions by using pharmaceutical professional knowledge.
