摘　　要：目的探讨地佐辛用于妇科术后患者自控静脉镇痛(PCIA)的临床效果及其安全性。方法选取2018年10月~2020年4月本院102例妇科手术患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各51例。分别实行芬太尼治疗和地佐辛治疗,比较两组治疗效果和不良反应发生率。结果观察组的不良反应总发生率低于对照组,观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论在对妇科手术患者所进行的治疗中,地佐辛能够降低患者的不良反应发生率,临床治疗效果显著,有利于促进患者的尽快恢复,安全性较高。Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of dezocine in patient-controlled intravenous analgesia after gynecological surgery.Methods A total of 102 patients undergoing gynecological surgery in our hospital from October 2018 to April 2020 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into the observation group(n=51)and the control group(n=51)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with fentanyl,while the observation group was treated with dezocine.The therapeutic effects and the incidence of the adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was relatively higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(all P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of gynecological surgery patients,dezocine can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions of patients,with significant clinical effect and high safety,which is conducive to accelerate the recovery of patients.
