地塞米松注射液联合康惠尔透明贴对PICC相关皮肤过敏的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨适合PICC置管部位皮肤过敏的治疗及维护方法。方法将80例PICC置管部位皮肤过敏的患者随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组在换药后地塞米松注射液涂抹,康惠尔透明贴固定;对照组换药后地奈德软膏外涂,无菌纱布覆盖,弹力绷带包扎固定。结果观察组治愈效果明显优于对照组(P<0.01),PICC导管移位率明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论地塞米松注射液联合康惠尔透明贴治疗PICC相关皮肤过敏效果好,降低了导管移位率。Objective To investigate the treatment and maintenance methods suitable for skin allergy at PICC catheter site.Methods 80 patients with skin allergy at PICC catheter placement site were divided into the observation group and the control group by the random grouping method.In the observation group,dexamethasone injection was applied after dressing change,and Comfeel transparent dressing was fixed.In the control group,after dressing change,desonide ointment was applied externally,covered with sterile gauze and fixed with elastic bandage.Results The therapeutic efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.01),and the rate of PICC catheter displacement was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Dexamethasone injection combined with Comfeel transparent dressing is effective in the treatment of PICC-related skin allergy and reduce the catheter displacement rate.
