摘　　要：目的研究护理干预措施在小儿扁桃体摘除术患儿全麻复苏期中产生的效果。方法选取我院103例小儿扁桃体炎患儿作为观察对象,按入院编号的单双数将其分为对照组(单数)和观察组(双数),其中对照组52例,观察组51例。给予对照组常规方法进行护理,而观察组则是在此基础上实施强化护理,最后对两组患儿术后并发症的发生率进行对比。结果在患儿的全麻复苏期过程中,观察组患儿的喉痉挛、喉头水肿、误吸和窒息等术后并发症的发生率、护理结束后的VAS疼痛评分均低于对照组,家长满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论强化护理措施可以有效的降低小儿扁桃体摘除术患儿全麻复苏期中出现术后并发症的几率。Objective To research the efficacy of nursing intervention measures in the resuscitation period of general anesthesia after tonsillectomy in children.Methods A total of 103 children with tonsillitis admitted to our hospital were selected as the observation objects,and they were divided into the control group(n=52,odd numbers)and the observation group(n=51,even numbers)according to the sequence of admission.The control group was given conventional nursing,while the observation group was given intensive nursing on this basis.Finally,the incidences of postoperative complications between the two groups of pediatric patients were compared.Results During the resuscitation period of general anesthesia in pediatric patients,the incidences of postoperative complications such as laryngeal spasm,laryngeal edema,pulmonary aspiration and asphyxia,and VAS pain score after nursing in the observation group of pediatric patients were all lower than those in the control group.However,their parents’satisfactory degree was higher than that in the control group.The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Intensive nursing measures can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications in children with tonsillectomy during the resuscitation period of general anesthesia.
