冠心病危险因素与冠状动脉病变程度的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨冠心病危险因素与冠心病患者冠状动脉病变严重程度之间的相关性。方法选取连云港市东方医院心内科在2017年10月~2020年1月收治的确诊为冠心病的患者294例,对其进行回顾性分析,通过进行单因素及多因素分析冠状动脉病变严重程度与冠心病危险因素的关系。结果单因素分析结果显示,年龄≥65岁、高血压、2型糖尿病、吸烟、高脂血症、体重指数(BMI)≥25kg/m2均与冠心病冠状动脉病变程度有关;Logistics多因素分析,吸烟、2型糖尿病、BMI≥25kg/m2等指标与冠心病冠状动脉病变严重程度关系更为密切,属于高危独立危险因素。结论冠心病的危险因素与冠心病患者冠状动脉病变严重程度之间关系密切,因此,应预防控制高危因素,延缓病情,改善预后。Objective To investigate the correlation between coronary heart disease risk factors and the severity of coronary artery disease in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 294 patients diagnosed with coronary heart disease who were admitted to the Department of Cardiology,Lianyungang Eastern Hospital between October 2017 and January 2020 were selected,and their clinical results were retrospectively analyzed.Singlefactor and multi-factor analysis of severe coronary artery disease The relationship between degree and risk factors of coronary heart disease.Results Univariate analysis showed that age≥65 years,hypertension,type 2 diabetes,smoking,hyperlipidemia,and BMI≥25kg/m2 were all related to the degree of coronary artery disease;Logistics multivariate analysis:smoking,type 2 diabetes,BMI≥25kg/m2.etc is more closely related to the severity of coronary artery lesions in coronary heart disease,and is a high-risk independent risk factor.Conclusion The risk factors of coronary heart disease are closely related to the severity of coronary artery disease in patients with coronary heart disease.Therefore,high-risk factors should be prevented and controlled to delay the disease and improve the prognosis.
