摘 要:“关键小国”是指在特定领域或学科具有国际领先的创新能力的国家。我国具有广阔的技术应用市场空间,与“关键小国”在科技、经济领域具有较强的互补性,加强与“关键小国”在科技领域的开放合作是提升经济社会发展、应对全球挑战的重要途径。虽然我国与“关键小国”具有较好的科技创新合作基础,但合作深度不够、质量不高。对此,文章提出了以“一带一路”倡议引领产业合作、加强产业精准化合作、全面推进第三方市场合作等对策措施,推进与“关键小国”的精准化合作。The Small States of Strategic Importance refer to a country with internationally leading innovation capabilities in a specific field or discipline.China has a broad market space for technology application,and it is highly complementary to these Small States of Strategic Importance in the fields of technology and economy,enhancing open cooperation with these Small States of Strategic Importance in the field of science and technology is an important way to improve the economic and social development and respond to global challenges.Although China and the Small States of Strategic Importance have a good foundation for cooperation in scientific and technological innovation,the cooperation is not deep enough and the quality is not high.For this reason,the study put forward countermeasures such as The Belt and Road initiative to lead industrial cooperation,strengthen industrial precision cooperation,and comprehensively promote third-party market cooperation,to promote precision technology cooperation with these Small States of Strategic Importance.
