摘 要:针对某污水厂导流墙偏置改造后对低速推流器应用效果影响的研究,选取典型沟型建立三维氧化沟及低速推流器模型并进行非结构化六面体网格划分。基于N-Stokes方程和标准k-ε湍流模型,计算出导流墙不同偏置距离下,池内流速、推流体积的分布情况及漩涡数的个数。结果表明:在池型一定的情况下,导流墙的偏置距离设置优化对改善隔墙背部及导流墙背部的水流低速区和消除漩涡区有促进作用。In view of the influence of deflection modification of diversion wall on the application effect of low-speed mixer in a sewage plant,a three-dimensional oxidation ditch and low-speed mixer model were established by selecting a typical ditch type and unstructured hexahedral mesh was generated.Based on Naier-Stokes equation and standard k-ε turbulence model,the distribution of flow velocity,thrust volume and the number of vortices in the oxidation ditch were calculated under different bias distances of the diversion wall.The results showed that the offset of the diversion wall could improve the low-speed flow zone and eliminate the whirlpool zone at the back of the partition wall and the diversion wall when the oxidation ditch pool type was fixed.
