摘 要:以十六烷和硬脂酸模拟石油类和动植物油类,基于重量法原理,通过一系列前处理操作测定水中的石油类和动植物油类,研究了液液萃取、净化柱分离、旋转蒸发、干燥、称量等对测定结果的影响。结果表明,当萃取剂体积为50 mL,震荡萃取2 min,萃取1次,旋转蒸发蒸除萃取剂,浓缩瓶烘干1 h时,可以达到最优实验条件。此时方法检出限为5 mg/L,相对标准偏差范围为3.2%~17%,加标回收率为90.0%~110%。Taking hexadecane and stearic acid to simulate petroleum and animal and vegetable oils,the petroleum and animal and vegetable oils in water were determined through a series of pretreatment operations by the principle of gravimetric method.The Liquid-liquid extraction,purification column separation,rotary evaporation,drying and weighing etc.on the measurement results were investigated.The experimental results showed that the optimal experimental conditions were achieved with the volume of extractant 50 mL,oscillation extraction 2 min,extraction 1 time,rotary evaporation to remove the extractant and concentrate bottle drying 1 h.Under the optimal experimental conditions,the detection limit of the method was 5 mg/L.The relative standard deviations(RSDS)were 3.2%-17%.The average recoveries were 90.0%-110%.
