摘 要:针对印染废水处理中总氮与总锑难达标、产泥量大等问题,采用物化+厌氧+兼氧+两段好氧+物化工艺进行改造,改造后出水各指标均达到《纺织染整工业水污染物排放标准》(GB 4287—2012)间接排放要求,且废水处理站的产泥量较改造前缩减了50%。工程实践表明,该工艺具有处理效果好、运行稳定、污泥减量效果显著、改造简单易行等优势。There exist some issues such as total nitrogen and antimony difficult to meet the standard,large amount of mud production and etc in the current printing and dyeing wastewater treatment.In view of that,an improved process combined with physiochemical,anaerobic,facultative anaerobic,two sections aerobic and physical and chemical processwas employed,and the water emission indicators were up to the indirect discharge requirements of Textile Dyeing and Finishing Industrial Water Pollutant Emission Standards(GB 4287—2012).Moreover,the amount of mud produced in wastewater treatment stations was reduced by 50% compared with before the improvement.Engineering practice showed that the improved process had the advantages of good treatment,stable operation,remarkable effect of sludge reduction,simple and easy upgrade.
