摘 要:针对某焦化企业规模为30 m^3/d脱硫废液的处理,采用创新性工艺“催化氧化—脱色—蒸发浓缩—分步结晶与离心分离”提取一级品NH4SCN及合格品(NH4)2SO4产品,总结工艺运行过程中存在生产连贯性低、粉末活性炭难回用、产率及质量不高、管道设备堵塞腐蚀等问题,并提出蒸汽机械再压缩技术(MVR)代替蒸发浓缩、改用颗粒状活性炭、分步结晶法联合醇析法、合理设计管路、增设管辅设施、选择耐腐材质等优化措施,运行费用分析表明年增加纯收益557万元。Aiming at a 30 m^3/d desulfurization waste liquid from a coking enterprise,an innovative process‘catalytic oxidation-decolorization-evaporative concentration-fractional crystallization and centrifugal separation’was utilized to extract products of first-grade NH4SCN and qualified-grade(NH4)2SO4.Existing problems in operation of the process were summarized,including low production continuity,powder activated carbon difficult to recycle,low product yield and its quality,blockage and corrosion in pipes and equipment.Optimization measures such as replacing evaporative concentration with MVR,using granular activated carbon,combing fractional crystallization with alcohol extraction,designing pipes reasonably,adding auxiliary piping facilities and selecting corrosion-resistant materials were proposed accordingly.Analysis on the operating costs of the process showed an annual increase of 5.57 million yuan in net income.
