摘 要:采用硅胶、凝胶等柱色谱及反相碳十八制备液相色谱及手性拆分从川芎内生菌Fusariumtricinctum的糙米培养基中分离得到四个具有相同平面结构的2-吡喃酮类化合物,并采用改良的Snatzke法对其绝对构型进行鉴定.By silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography as well as preparative high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),four previously undescribedα-pyrones sharing same primary structure were isolated from the brown rice solid medium of Fusarium tricinctum.Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic analyses and their absolute configurations were finally confirmed by a modified Snatzke’s method.
