摘 要:大功率电源多采用模块化设计。隔离的低压直流升高压方案一般采用两级升压来实现,但模块之间均流难度大,动态响应慢。针对这个问题,提出一种前级LCL推挽变换器,后级使用BOOST两级升压变换器。后级BOOST采用单一的MCU集中控制,电压外环,电流内环各自单独闭环,多模块均摊电流给定的双环控制的策略。通过仿真与试验验证了所提方法的有效性和工程实用性。Modular design is widely used in large power supply.The isolated low DC voltage boosting scheme is generally implemented with two-stage boosting converter.But it is difficult and slow to realize current sharing among modules.A two-stage converter composed of front stage LCL push-pull converter and posterior stage boost converter is proposed according to the problem.A control voltage outer loop and independent current inner loop strategy is used.Refer current is shared among modules.The posterior stage boost converter which is controlled by a MCU.The effectiveness and engineering practicability of the proposed method are verified by simulation and practical experiments.
