摘  要:环流反应器目前主要以气液体系或者气液固体系为主,而现今气固反应体系相关理论日渐成熟,对气固环流反应器的气固接触效率等性能提出了更高的要求。通过数值模拟方法研究了3种分布器结构的环隙气升式气固环流反应器,讨论了分布器结构对反应器内流体力学性能的影响,发现分布器结构对导流筒内颗粒分布和环流运动情况均有较大影响,对环隙区流动影响不大。相同条件下,II型分布器的反应器内床层密度分布最均匀,布气效果最好,且其颗粒循环质量流率最大,表明其流体力学性能最佳。At present,air loop reactors(ALR)are mainly limited to gas-liquid systems or gas-liquid-solid systems.As the theory of gas-solid reaction systems is becoming more and more mature,higher requirements on gas-solid air loop reactors are raised for gas-solid contact efficiency and other properties.Three types of distributor structures in annulus-lift gas-solid ALR were researched by numerical simulation methods,and the influence of the distributor structures was discussed on the hydrodynamic performance of the reactor.It was found that the distributor structures had a great influence on the particle distribution and circulation movement in the draft region,and had little effect on the flow in the annulus.Under the same conditions,the density distribution of the bed in reactor II was the most uniform,which indicated that its gas distribution effect was the best.And the particle circulation mass flow rate was the largest,indicating that its hydrodynamic performance was the best among three types of ALR.
