摘　　要：目的探讨快速康复理念对老年前列腺增生患者临床结局及术后生活质量的影响。方法选取我院2017年11月—2018年11月泌尿外科住院部170例老年前列腺增生手术患者作为研究对象,按照随机数分组法将其均分为观察组、对照组,每组患者85例。对照组患者行临床常规护理;观察组患者行快速康复外科理念护理治疗,统计分析两组患者临床结局及术后生活质量改善状况。结果观察组患者术后并发症发生概率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者术后排气时间、进食时间、下床活动时间、输液时间、住院时间等均显著短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后前列腺症状(International Prostate Symptom Score,IPSS)评分及生活质量(quality of Life,QOL)评分结果均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论快速康复外科理念能够有效降低老年前列腺增生患者术后并发症发生概率,提高患者术后功能康复效率,促进患者术后生活质量的改善,临床推广应用价值显著。Objective To explore the effect of rapid rehabilitation on the clinical outcome and quality of life of elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods From November 2017 to November 2018 in our hospital,170 elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia in the urological inpatient department were selected as the research object.They were divided into observation group and control group according to random number grouping method,with 85 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine clinical care;the patients in the observation group were treated with the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery,and the clinical outcomes and quality of life improvement of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results The probability of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the postoperative exhaust time,eating time,bed time,infusion time,and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05);the observation group’s postoperative prostate symptom(IPSS)score and quality of life(QOL)score were significantly better than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery can effectively reduce the probability of postoperative complications in elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia,improve the efficiency of postoperative functional rehabilitation,and promote the improvement of patients'quality of life after surgery.The clinical application value is significant.
