摘 要:漆包线点焊过程时间较短,要求点焊电源控制响应快速,且其电极具有属性差异大、在使用过程中因不断损耗需频繁更换的特点。常规PID控制由于其参数固定不变,难以根据点焊回路尤其是电极差异进行自适应调整。提出一种基于模式识别PI自整定的漆包线点焊智能控制方法,与常规PID控制方法相比,该方法可针对不同的电极对控制参数进行自整定,提高了漆包线点焊控制的稳定性和快速性,取得了较好的应用效果。The time of enameled wire spot welding process is short,requiring quick response of spot welding power in control.The electrodes of this welding,with the characteristics of large difference in properties and constant loss during the use,need to be replaced frequently.It is difficult to make self-adaptive adjustment according to the difference of spot welding circuits,especially in electrodes,due to that the parameters of conventional PID control are constant.In this paper,an intell-igent control method of enameled wire spot welding based on pattern recognition PI self-tuning is proposed to solve this problem.The results show that compared with the conventional PID control method,the control parameters can be self-tuning for different electrodes,which improves the stability and rapi-dness of enameled wire spot welding control and obtains a good effect in application.
