摘  要:城市电网调度需要综合考虑以电为主的多类型能源需求。本文从能源互联网的角度出发,提出一种含可再生能源的城市电网多能源协调智能管理方法。首先,分析了实现分布广域的输电网和配电网之间的纵向互动的特征,给出多种能源在输配电网间的纵向互动调度模式。其次,利用可调发电机组和储能设备的调节能力来消纳可再生能源波动。考虑系统内部设备运行约束和网络安全约束,给出了含大规模间歇性能源的热、电日前协调调度模型,并采用基于交替方向乘子算法进行求解。最后,通过某实际电网算例对本文所提方法的可行性和有效性进行验证。The dispatching of urban power grid needs to take into account the multi-energy demand dominated by electricity.From the aspect of energy Internet,a multi-energy coordinated intelligent management method for urban power grid containing renewable energy is proposed in the paper.First,the characteristics of vertical interaction between transmission and distribution networks are analyzed,and a vertical interaction dispatching mode for multiple energy resources is proposed.Then,the adjustment capabilities of adjustable generators and energy storage equipment are used to offset the fluctuations in renewable energy.Considering the operation constraints on the internal equipment as well as network security constraints,a day-ahead integrated coordinated dispatching model of heat and power containing largescale intermittent energy is given,which is further solved using the alternating direction method of multipliers(ADMM)algorithm.Finally,the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method are verified by an actual power grid as an example.
