摘　　要：在新冠肺炎疫情引发中国对外贸易萎缩和国外保护主义抬头的背景下,基于2014—2019年的非平衡面板数据,实证研究了贸易伙伴的通关和单证合规成本对中国外贸的影响。研究结果表明,贸易伙伴的通关费用越高,与中国的贸易量越少;单证费用与中国对外贸易不显著负相关,可能是因为单证费用成本所占比重较小;实证研究的结果具备稳健性。中国的贸易伙伴近几年的合规成本保持着稳定且较高的水平,但出口合规成本显著低于进口合规成本。In the context of the shrink of China’s external trade as well as the foreign protectionism triggered by COVID-2019 epidemic,this paper empirically studied the impact of trading partners’border and documentary compliance costs on China’s external trade by drawing on unbalanced panel data from 2014 to 2019.The results showed that the border compliance cost of the trading partner decreases the amount of trade with China.The documentary compliance cost is not significantly negatively correlated with China’s external trade,probably because the documentary compliance cost is relatively low.The empirical results are robust.The compliance cost of China’s trading partners has remained stable and high level in recent years,but the cost of export compliance is significantly lower than that of import compliance.
