基 金:新型纳米银离子抗菌涂料的开发及其应用研究(2017KQ11)。
摘 要:纳米银由于具有安全、高效、广谱、无耐药性等特点,成为抗菌领域的一个研究热点。本文以硝酸银、PVP、乙二醇、氯化钠为原料,采用微波法制备纳米银粒子,设计正交试验条件,考察了NaCl的加入量、反应时间、反应温度等因素对反应的影响。采用紫外-可见分光光度计测定纳米银的线粒比、扫描电镜检测其表面形貌及粒径大小。结果表明,当硝酸银、PVP的用量比为1∶2.5时,以乙二醇作溶剂,在反应条件下能够制备纳米级氧化银;NaCl的加入量、反应时间和反应温度均对产物的粒径、形貌有明显影响;反应时间增长,反应物含量越高;随着NaCl的加入量增大,产物中纳米银颗粒的含量逐渐减小,纳米银颗粒的含量逐渐增大。Silver nanoparticles have been the concern of researchers for its excellent antibacterial properties and huge potential value of application.In this paper,silver nanoparticles were prepared by microwave-assisted method,with using silver nitrate,polyvinyl prrolidone(PVP),glycol and sodium ehloride.Effct of different reaction condiction on the production is obtained by orthogonal test.Such factors as content of sodium chloride,the reaction temperature and time has been investigated in the orthogonal test.Some test methods such as UV-Vis Spectroscopy and scaning electron microscope(SEM)have also used to character of silver nanoparticle.As a result,different types of silver nanoparticles have been prepared under the experimental conditions,and the particle size and morphology were obviously related with content of sodium chloride,the reaction temperature and time.
