摘　　要：2008年金融危机爆发以来,以创新促增长的理念深入人心。在这样的背景下,英国政府不断出台新的政策举措,完善具有自身特色的创新体系,稳定创新政策框架。近年来,英国的创新指数稳居世界前列且攀升较快,对经济的拉动作用明显。本文对英国支持科技创新的产业和财税金融政策进行梳理分析,以期对我国实施创新驱动发展战略提供参考和借鉴。Since the outbreak of the financial crisis in 2008, the concept of promoting growth through innovation has been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people. In this context, the British government has constantly introduced new policies and measures to improve the innovation system with its own characteristics and stabilize the innovation policy framework. In recent years, the UK’s innovation index has been in the forefront of the world, and it has played an important role in promoting the economy. This paper sorts out and analyzes the industrial and fiscal and financial policies supporting scientific and technological innovation in Britain, so as to provide reference for China in implementing the innovation driven development strategy.
