摘  要:介绍了γ谱法无损测定高浓铀材料屮放射性杂质的分析方法。该方法使用便携式高纯锗γ能谱仪测量高浓铀材料的7能谱,结合放射性衰变平衡理论计算,获得了高浓铀材料中铀同位素袞变子体的质量百分含量。实验结果表明:对于存放30 a的高浓铀材料,可检测出234U、235U和238U衰变产生的19种放射性子体,可测量质最百分含量低至10-17%的某些放射性子体。该方法测量结果与理论值能较好吻合,可用于高浓铀材料溯源分析研究。In this m anuscript,a method for the nondestructive determination of radioactive impurities in highly enriched uranium materials by gamma spectrometry has been introduced.The method used a portable high purity germanium gamma-ray spectrometer to measure the gamma spectrum of highly enriched uranium materials.Combining with the theoretical calculation of radioactive decay equilibrium,the mass percentage of uranium isotope decay daughters in the materials was obtained.The experimental results show that 19 radioactive daughters produced by234 U,235 U and238 U decay can be detected in highly enriched uranium materials stored for 30 years,and some radioactive daughters with the mass content as low as 10^-17%can also be measured.The measured results are in good agreement with the theoretical values*and can be applied to the traceability analysis of highly enriched uranium materials.
