摘 要:大跨度焊接球网架采用整体提升技术可实现地面拼装、整体提升,具有高空作业减少、安装质量控制好、施工速度快等特点。但钢网架提升过程中和提升完成后的受力状态不同,因此提升时要对钢网架及其杆件进行受力分析,但提升完成后,钢网架从提升状态转换为结构设计状态,还需进行二次受力转化,才能确保钢网架结构安全。The large-span welded ball grid adopts the overall lifting technology to realize the ground assembly and overall lifting.It has the characteristics of reducing high-altitude operations,good installation quality control,and fast construction speed.However,the force state of the steel grid frame is different during the lifting process and after the lifting is completed.Therefore,the force analysis of the steel grid frame and its members must be carried out during the lifting process.However,after the lifting is completed,the steel grid frame is converted from the lifting state to the structural design state Later,a secondary force transformation is needed to ensure the safety of the steel grid structure.
