摘 要:以PpIX光敏剂的生物组织荧光光谱定量检测为目的,采用蒙特卡罗(MC)方法模拟不同组织,的荧光光谱和漫反射光谱,并给出荧光光谱和漫反射光谱的校准方法,通过自主搭建组织荧光光纤检测系统,分别对3种组织光学模拟液中的光敏剂荧光进行实验测试和光谱校准,得出3种组织光学模拟液的原始荧光光谱离散系数为28%,经过构建的算法校准后,离散系数减小到3%.结果表明此方法能有效提高组织模拟液的荧光光谱测量准确性.Monte Carlo(MC) method was used to simulate the fluorescence spectrum and diffuse reflectance spectrum of different tissues,and a calibration method of fluorescence spectrum and diffuse reflection spectrum was proposed.The fluorescence of photosensitizers in three kinds of tissue optical simulators were tested and calibrated by self-developed tissue fluorescence optical fiber detection system.The results showed that the dispersion coefficient of the original fluorescence spectrum of the three tissue optical simulators was 28%.After the calibration of the algorithm constructed in this paper,the dispersion coefficient was reduced to 3%.The results show that this method can effectively improve the accuracy of fluorescence spectrum measurement of tissue simulation solution.
