摘  要:为了研究微波辅助提取木棉花红色素的较优工艺和该色素在哔叽面料染色和功能整理中的应用,用38%盐酸-95%乙醇混合液(盐酸体积分数0.3%)为提取液,以微波功率、提取时间和料液比为影响因子设计正交试验,得到较优工艺为:料液比1∶80,微波功率500 W,提取时间90 s。哔叽面料直接上染木棉花红色素得到的K/S值和色牢度相对较低。采用植物单宁对试样进行预处理后再染色可形成"羊毛纤维-植物单宁-木棉花红色素"络合物,织物染色效果、抑菌、抗氧化及防紫外效果都得到不同程度的提高。In order to study the optimal technology of microwave assisted extraction of kapok flower pigment and application of the pigment in the serge fabric dyeing and finishing,the 95%CH3CH2 OH mixture with 38%hydrochloric acid(hydrochloric acid content is0.3 vol%)are used as extract,ultrasonic power,extraction time and solid-liquid ratio as influencing factors to design an orthogonal test,and an optimum process is obtained:material liquid ratio of 1∶80,and extraction under microwave power 500 w for 90 s.The K/S and fastness of serge fabric dyed with kapok pigment are relatively low.After pretreatment with plant tannins,the samples are dyed to form the complex of"wool fiber-plant tannin-kapok cotton pigment".The dyeing effect,antibacterial effect,antioxidant effect and anti-ultraviolet effect are all improved to different degrees.
