摘 要:为了有效利用地黄资源和提高蚕丝织物的商业价值,通过用水作溶剂的超声提取技术提取地黄染料。使用地黄提取物对蚕丝织物进行改性整理并优化了改性整理工艺。改性后的蚕丝织物具有良好的色牢度(摩擦、皂洗和日晒),同时还具有优秀的紫外防护性能和一定的荧光性能。结果表明,地黄提取物改性整理丝织物的最佳工艺条件为pH=3,温度80℃,时间60 min;金属媒染剂铁、铝对改性整理后织物颜色特征值的提升不明显,铜离子媒染后,织物K/S值有一定程度的提升;改性整理后,蚕丝织物的干摩擦色牢度为4级,湿摩擦色牢度为3级,皂洗变色牢度为4级,皂洗沾色牢度为3级,耐日晒色牢度为3级;改性整理后,蚕丝织物的紫外防护性能UPF值可以达到101.64,荧光强度可提高1.5~6倍。In order to effectively utilize rehmannia root and improve the commercial value of silk fabrics,rehmannia dye is extracted by ultrasonic technology with water as solvent.The silk fabrics are modified by extracts from rehmannia and the modification process is optimized.The modified silk fabrics have good color fastness(rubbing,soaping and artificial light).The results show that the optimum modified process is:pH=3,temperature 80℃and time 60 min.Metal mordant such as iron,aluminum has no significant effect on the color characteristic value of the modified silk fabrics.After copper ion mordant dyeing,the K/S value of the fabric has a certain degree of improvement.The dry friction and wet friction fastnesses of the modified silk fabric are 4 and 3,respectively.The color change of soaping is grade 4,and the color stain of soaping is grade 3.The fastness to light is grade 3.The UPF of the modified silk fabric could reach 101.64,and the fluorescence intensity could increase by 1.5~6 times.
