多色魔方织物的设计与试织

摘　　要：为设计一种有规律的多色方格织物,以斜纹组织为基础,设计出对称方格组织,进而与配色模纹有效配合,得到一个组织循环中呈现3种以上颜色的外观效果。结论为:具有较大浮长线的斜纹会使织物外观更有层次感,合理的配色模纹使织物形成多色魔方效果,而且使用颜色相近的纱线进行配色使织物呈现更清晰的方格效果,使用颜色差异较大的纱线进行配色会使织物呈现较强的菱形效果。In order to design a regular multi-color checkerboard fabric,symmetrical checkerboard weave is designed based on twill weave,and then it can effectively cooperate with color matching pattern to obtain the appearance effect of more than three colors in one weave cycle.The conclusion is that the twill with longer floats will make fabric look more layered,the reasonable color matching pattern will make the fabric form multicolor magic cube effect,and the similar color yarns will make the fabric show a clearer square effect,while the different color yarns will make the fabric show a stronger diamond effect.
