蒲参胶囊联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗2型糖尿病合并高脂血症的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的观察2型糖尿病合并高脂血症患者进行瑞舒伐他汀联合蒲参胶囊的临床治疗效果分析。方法选择2017年12月—2019年12月本院收治的自愿接受实验治疗的2型糖尿病合并高脂血症患者79例(共80例,其中1例退组)作为研究对象,随机数表法分为治疗组(40例)和对照组(39例)两组。在糖尿病健康教育及饮食干预的基础上,治疗组采用蒲参胶囊联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗,对照组进行予瑞舒伐他汀治疗观察两组有效性和安全性。结果治疗后患者的TC、LDL-C、TG、PBS、FBG显著降低,且具有统计学上的意义(P<0.05);治疗后患者的HLDL-C显著增加,且具有统计学上的意义(P<0.05);治疗组的总有效率和对照组相比有着明显的治疗意义,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论证明蒲参胶囊联合瑞舒伐他汀是治疗2型糖尿病合并高脂血症有着有效地临床治疗效果,并且可以有效的减轻患者的痛苦,降低患者疾病迅速加重的风险。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Pushen capsule combined with rosuvastatin in treating patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hyperlipidemia.Methods From December 2017 to December 2019,79 cases of patients(80 cases in total,but one of them quit)admitted to our hospital and voluntarily accept the experimental therapy were enrolled as study subjects.They were divided into treatment group(n=40)and control group(n=39)according to random number table method.On the basis of the health education on diabetes and dietary interventions,patients in the treatment group received Pushen capsule combined with rosuvastatin for treatment,and patients in control received rosuvastatin only.The efficacy and safety of the two groups were observed.Results After treatment,levels of TC,LDL-C,TG,P2BG and FBG of the patients were significantly decreased,and the results were statistically significant(P<0.05).On the other hand,level of HLDL-C was significantly increased in patients(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions It is proved that Pushen capsule combined with rosuvastatin has an effective clinical effect in the treatment of type 2 diabetes with hyperlipidemia,and could effectively reduce the patients'pain and the risk of rapid aggravation of the disease.
