摘 要:在线主动平衡系统因可实时抑制旋转设备运行过程中的不平衡振动,在高端机床和航空发动机等高端装备领域具有重要应用价值。平衡执行器作为主动平衡系统的终端执行机构,其性能参数决定了平衡系统的整体指标。对已有电磁滑环式平衡执行器的轴向励磁方法进行了改进研究,提出了一种基于径向励磁和永磁-电磁联合驱动方法的新型执行器结构,通过建立有限元模型定量分析了执行器的关键性能参数,并最终通过试验验证了上述结构的可行性和有效性。结果表明,径向励磁结构在整周范围内均可驱动配重盘完成自锁和步进动作,结构设计方案可行,且利用永磁-电磁联合驱动可将驱动电压有效降低12.5%,为该类执行器的工业应用提供了技术支撑。An active balancing system can suppress the unbalance vibration of rotating equipments in real time,and has an important application value in the high-end equipment field,such as high-end machine tools and aircraft engines.As a terminal actuator of active balancing system,the performance parameters of the balancing actuator determine the overall index of the balancing system.In the paper,the axial excitation method for the existing electromagnetic-ring balancing actuator was improved,a novel actuator structure based on the radial excitation method was proposed.The key performance parameters of the actuator were quantitatively analyzed by establishing a finite element model,and the feasibility and effectiveness of the structure were verified by experiments.The results show that the radial excitation structure can drive the counterweight disc to complete self-locking and step-by-step action in a whole cycle.The structural design is feasible,and the drive voltage can be effectively reduced by 12.5%through the permanent magnet-electromagnetism combined driving method,which provides a technical support for the industrial application.
